And this morning I did Week 4 – workout 1 of my Up and Running training.
I ran 1.5km in 10.42 minutes 🙂 Overall I did 4.3 km in 41 minutes and I dodged 1 swooping magpie.
The interesting thing about today’s run was that I wasn’t gasping for breath by the end of it. I settled into it quickly and enjoyed it. By the end I was breathing heavily but not gasping for air. I ran the full 1.5 km and at the end of the run my legs were tired and I felt good.
