I had a good week food and exercise-wise. I averaged at 7951kJ/day over the week and 57 minutes of exercise on 6 days. I looked at the scale alot during the week and it just wasn’t moving. Last Monday I used the phrase ‘rhyme or reason of the scale’ and I don’t understand it this week. I am relieved it moved a little.

Starting weight: 140.9 kg (310 lbs)
Today’s weight: 100.5kg (221 lbs)
This week’s loss: 0.4 kg (1 lb)
Total Lost: 40.4 kg (89 lbs)
I am closer to the magic 99 🙂 I will have another focussed week. I will get there.
